Oh my heart! Visiting Antigua, Guatemala was a dream to come. It was our favorite country stop during our 15-day Central America and Panama Canal cruise, March 2025. The ancient Spanish colonial old town of Antigua is rich with culture, history, old world charm and photojournalist opportunities. The people, the colors, beautiful handmade tapestries, cobblestone stone streets, cathedrals and public squares are enchanting. And, the views of the active volcano Volcán de Fuego, Volcano of Fire, is seen from the town. I will visit Guatemala again. Once upon a time in the land of Poulsbo, Washington, a sweet family of three and their three cute pups decided to have their photos taken in their Zen garden, under the autumn colored trees decorated with pumpkins, and next to their favorite truck while looking marvelous in their black formal attire. BIG Congratulations to Spencer Rutledge, Senior, and a Member of the Graduating Class of 2021!

Had a lot of fun meeting and photographing Spencer for his senior photos this week. Spencer is looking forward to graduation in June 2021, and is interested in pursuing, possibly, a career in film and movie production. He’s a big fan of Science Fiction movies, Marvel, and the Black Panther films. Towards the end of our photo session together he surprised me with a light wand and his super cool black cape, which helped him get into character, like in the movies. Bainbridge Island Family Portraits and Paddle Boarding = Summer FUN!!!

Rich and I had the pleasure of doing annual family portraits for the EBaugh family with the beautiful, coastal landscape around Bainbridge Island and the Puget Sound. The family loves to paddle board and is enjoying the summer months outside, on the water, as much as possible. We had fun with them capturing these moments.

Two Hearts Unite at Bremerton's Harborside Fountain Park!

On Saturday, October 5, 2019, Marina and Malcolm DeWalt exchanged their wedding vows in front of family and friends at the Harborside Fountain Park and the Kitsap Conference Center for events. The wedding ceremony was timed perfectly for the Washington State Bremerton Ferry to come into the harbor during their ceremony; and, the ferry was in the harbor for some of their wedding party photographs. Rich and I couldn’t be happier for Marina and Malcolm. They are such a sweet couple! We got to know them when we did their engagement photos in April. Two Souls Unite Together in Lovely Baha'i Faith Wedding

Congratulations to Caroline and Cameron Johnson! They married on Sunday, July 28, 2019, at the Kitsap Golf and Country Club surrounded by family and friends. Our 90-minute photo session included family portraiture, career portraits for Sunny, and portraits of Lucy using the lawn, ivy gazebo, the forest, and shots indoors.
