Everyone loves a summer art festival right?! Here’s a recipe that you will love!!! A cute Nordic town by the bay, artisan arts and crafts many handmade by locals, talented musicians playing jazz, soft rock, to folk music and songs, dogs and cats, and the community and visitors bring the 3-day Poulsbo Art Festival, sponsored by the Cultural Arts Foundation Northwest together.
