Our tour guide told us, “Cartagena, Columbia only has one temperature…hot, hotter, hottest!” Yes, it was summer and dry this March 2025 during our visit and the city was captivating! The old city is completely within a wall. Castillo de San Felipe is an impressive fortress in Cartagena.
